WebSep 20, 2024 · The issue here is the truck was pegged at 2600 RPM, which supposedly oversped the motor. THey have the time and location of the occurrence, the issue is the motor blew 150 miles later. Bearings are destroyed. And there is no warranty because the over speed code. He went to two dealerships and both quoted him 68k to replace motor.
