It's a really weird issue. The problem is that the monitor keeps getting this green tint. The OSD is fine but everything else is green. The only way to fix it is by leaving the monitor off for a couple of minutes but it keeps coming back. It's not the VGA cable and not the GPU or the VGA port on the monitor.
