WebLOUIS (April 15) – Halbert Sullivan, founder and CEO of Fathers & Families Support Center (FFSC), died at his home in St. Charles today of an apparent heart attack. Sullivan, 69, founded the organization in 1997 with the intent of transforming absent fathers into nurturing parents. Since then, the organization helped more than 18,000 fathers WebHalbert Sullivan founded FFSC in 1997, offering parenting education, employment and other support services to fathers looking to reunite with their children. The organiza-tion has helped over 19,000 fathers become financially involved, nurturing parents, dramatically improving the lives of their 46,000 children.
