After their initial 5 year Security Threat Assessment (STA), customers may be eligible to complete their renewal online. WebYou will need to provide the CDL Section with a copy of your TWIC card. Upon verification, the card will be added to your Kentucky driving record. The email address for submitting a copy (front and back) of the TWIC document is [email protected] , and the fax number is 844-535-7272. This email and fax are only for the TWIC document.
